By downloading, installing, or using Reverie Journal (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Reverie is a personal journaling app that allows you to create, search, and reflect on journal entries. The App offers both free and premium subscription tiers with additional features.

3. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create in Reverie. We do not claim any rights to your journal entries, mood data, voice notes, or any other content. Your content is stored in your personal iCloud account and is not accessible to us.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Reverie Premium is available as an auto-renewing subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's subscription terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Reverie only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for your content and your use of the App.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by LSR Solutions Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LSR Solutions Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App, including loss of data.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
